Supervisor, Patient Care Services - Weekend (Part-Time)

Part-Time (0.6 FTE) - 7am-7:30pm - 3 out of 4 Weekends per 4-Week Cycle (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) & Every Other Holiday - 24 Hours/Week

Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Associate Director, the Supervisor – Patient Care Services serves as a shift-designated nurse leader. Role responsibilities include administrative oversight when assigned, overall problem resolution, patient flow facilitation and patient care delivery oversight.

Qualifications:
- BSN required.
- MSN preferred.
- 5+ years of hospital-based nursing experience required.
- Leadership/charge nurse experience preferred.
- Current licensure as an RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Certified in American Heart Association "Health Care Provider BLS" (CPR) required.
