Full-Time - 8:30am-5pm - Days, Monday-Friday, Every 4th Weekend & 2 Holidays (1 Summer/1 Winter) Required - 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the home health clinical nursing supervisor, the Scheduler II is responsible for all professional nursing scheduling functions. The Scheduler II performs all payroll compilation of data for professional nursing staff biweekly. Performs all computer-related functions required for scheduling patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Three to four years of office experience required.
  • Excellent data entry skills required.
  • At least two years’ experience in a a home health agency or health care setting preferred.
  • Scheduling experience preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of Word and spreadsheets and strong analytical skills; MS Office.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and strong analytical skills required.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of home care personnel.
  • Must have ability to multitask.
