Rehabilitation Supervisor
Physical Therapy - Inpatient
Full-Time - 7am-8pm - Days, Monday-Friday, Varied Hours - 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director, Rehabilitation Medicine, the Rehab Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient and productive delivery of physical therapy or occupational therapy services to all patients. He or she provides services to the age range of the patient population of a specified unit.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 or more years of physical therapy or occupational therapy experience required. 3 or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Education & Training: BS, MS, DPT or certification in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university, or successful completion of an accredited PTA program; or BS, MS or Certification of Proficiency in Occupational Therapy from a college accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association required.
  • License, Certification & Registration: Licensure as a physical therapist or occupational therapist from the Pennsylvania State Board of Professional Occupational Affairs or licensure eligibility.
  • Other Requirements: Strong communication, organizational and clinical skills.

Conditions of Employment:
Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI fingerprint-based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.
