Registered Nurse, RN, BSN - Maternal Float Pool Residency Program
Maternal Child Float Pool
Part-Time - 7am-7:30pm - Days - 24 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager of the Maternal Float Pool, the Professional Registered Nurse functions within the Professional Nursing Law and according to professional standards and his/her level of knowledge and experience. He/she assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients (or patient) for a designated time frame by prescribing, delegating and coordinating nursing care. The Professional Registered Nurse provides care to the patient population of a specified clinical unit.
This position will float to Labor and Delivery, Maternity and NICU at Abington – Jefferson.

Licensure, Certification & Registration Requirements:

Qualifications
Education:
- BSN required.
Experience:
- Less than 1 year of RN experience. New grads welcome.
Licensure, Certification & Registration Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Maintains current licensure.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
- Certification in clinical practice area preferred.
- Membership in professional organization encouraged.
