Medical Receptionist for busy practice. May need to travel between office locations as needed.
  • Blue Bell location: 686 Dekalb Pike, Suite 201, Blue Bell, PA 19422
  • Lansdale Location: 125 Medical Campus Drive, Suite 220, Lansdale, PA 19446

Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Office Manager/Coordinator, performs reception, clerical and data entry duties to facilitate and provide quality patient care in an outpatient setting. May communicate with patients ranging in age from 0 to 100+.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of medical/surgical office experience, preferably with neurology and/or vascular specialties.
  • Surgery scheduling and pre-certificaton experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Achieve Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association prior to employment and maintain certification thereafter.
  • Professional conduct and appearance, interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and good phone and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Preference given to those who have worked in a neurology environment.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.
