300 Welsh Road, Building #2, Horsham, PA 19044
Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Office Manager/Coordinator performs reception, clerical and data entry duties to facilitate and provide quality patient care in an outpatient setting at Abington OB/GYN Associates. May communicate with patients ranging in age from 0 to 100+.

Qualifications:
  • Must be mobile—practice has multiple local offices.
  • 2 years of medical office experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Achieve Healthcare Provider CPR Certification from the American Heart Association prior to employment and maintain certification thereafter.
  • Since this practice has multiple offices, it follows the driving policy of Abington – Jefferson Health which requires one to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Current auto insurance with proof of coverage required. Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington – Jefferson’s Health auto insurance policy.
  • Professional conduct and appearance, interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and good phone and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
