Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, Team Coordinator and/or a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse functions according to the Practical Nurse Act and according to accepted standards and his/her level of knowledge and experience. He/she will additionally perform a variety of quality, patient-focused and clerical duties to support the operations of the unit.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Excellent clinical skills required for home care patient visits, including cardio-respiratory assessments, wound care, PleurX and other drain care, as well as medication and teaching.
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.
- Certified in American Heart Association “Healthcare Provider BLS” (CPR) required.
