Laboratory Supervisor
Laboratory Access Center
Full-Time - 3:30pm-12am, Hours May Flex Depending on Departmental Needs - Evenings - 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, the Laboratory Supervisor – Specialty supervises and performs administrative and technical duties of the department. This includes all testing associated with specific area. Supervises the activities of employees.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of related experience and and/or training in field. At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Associate's degree in Medical Technology. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Master's degree in related experience is preferred.
  • ASCP registration in related discipline.
  • Budget management training, information systems training, and progressively responsible experience in laboratory duties and responsibilities.
  • Must have excellent proven abilities to interface with physicians, finance, human resources and information technologies.
  • Requires PC literacy and proven familiarity with relevant computer applications and programs.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC theory application and attention to detail.
