Coordinator, Practice Transformation
CPC Plus
Full-Time - 8:30am-5pm - Days, Monday-Friday - 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Scheduling Advocate, the Coordinator - Practice Transformation is responsible for providing education and support to physicians/staff related to transformation efforts in the physician practice, including, but not limited to, redesign of practice flow and electronic health record (EHR) workflow/optimization.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of primary care practice office experience required; an additional 4+ years of experience required if no degree.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in health or related field preferred, or an additional 4 years of related required if no degree.
  • Valid driver’s license/valid registration required.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic information systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and flow of electronic information.
  • Current auto insurance with proof of coverage required.
  • Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and AJH’s auto insurance policy. Any and all major violations incurred must be immediately reported to the manager, department head or Human Resources department.
