Full-Time - 3pm-1:30am - Evenings/Nights, Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday Required - 36 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Office Manager III/Lead ETC Administrative Associates, performs general and specific secretarial, patient registration, insurance verification and payment collection duties. Utilizes their knowledge of multiple hospital computer interfaces, procedures, regulations and interdepartmental functions to facilitate and expedite quality care to patients ranging in age from infancy through late adulthood. As direct patient contact is an important role, exercising precaution and safety is imperative.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of healthcare clerical and/or registration experience preferred.
  • Experience working in healthcare-related industry required with emphasis on business office activities and tolerance for high-stress situations.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • PC skills required.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Detail-oriented.
